Kerrygold is the best butter for me

Margarine is shite which was invented to fatten poultry cheaply...and then somebody decided it was acceptable for human consumption

Butter in moderation is much better than any brand of margarine...no matter what they do to spin it

Good job Euro 2016 is on this summer...what next...a peas thread? Fresh, Frozen or Tinned?

;-)

Ants don't have diet-choice lifestyle problems with aphid milk.

Re: Lurpak 2 for £3
Somewhere in a nest near you, there is a Paleo ant trying to explain to his aphid milk-drinking buddy that the cause of his digestive complaints and dodgy complexion is because aphid milk isn't part of a natural diet for ants.

Look, I admit I wouldn't have been the weirdo who first pushed the calf aside and attached myself to the udder.

But don't turn serendipity aside

That isn't the sort of thing to wear shopping.

High heels in an aisle with a wet floor is a recipe for disaster.

I did and I cannot deny my concern for the girl, wearing those shoes on a floor that is visibly wet.

I hope she was okay.

British women who are unable to digest lactose are, on average, around half a centimetre shorter, and have a higher incidence of osteoporosis and cataracts, than those who can.

Although starting to drink cows' milk must have been an odd thing to do (perhaps it happened after the consumption of hallucinogenic mushrooms), it seems to have worked out well.
